Return & Exchange Policy

 

As a general rule, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed. However, returns, exchanges, or repairs may be accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

 

Return Eligibility

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that product images may vary slightly in color due to lighting or screen differences.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, products must be returned with shipping charges collect.

 

Important Notice

  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via the CONTACT page or by email at [email protected].
  • Even if the item is unopened, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or repairs after 7 days from the delivery date.
